Remarks

1. Handling fees are waived for the first 3 months on each of your instalments with livi PayLater during the promotional period. The actual fee is dependent on the customer’s loan amount, credit rating and other factors considered by livi.

2. The annualised percentage rate is an index of borrowing cost and is calculated on the basis of 365 days or 366 days a year, including interest and all related fees/charges, in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the Code of Banking Practice.

3. The monthly handling fee of livi PayLater is as low as 0.20%, calculated based on the transaction amount and is payable with each instalment payment. For example, a transaction amount of 1,200 HKD at 0.20% monthly handling fee would incur a monthly handling fee of 2.40 HKD (1,200 HKD x 0.20%).

4. If a payment due is not received in full on or before the payment due date, default interest shall accrue on a daily basis on the overdue principal from the due date of the relevant payment. The range of annualised default interest rate is between 4.77%-27.50%, subject to review from time to time.

After promotion period, all repayments are subject to an early settlement fee being 3% of the repaid principal amount. Early Settlement Fee for an Advance will be waived if such Advance is repaid in full on or before the date of the first monthly statement of livi PayLater in which the Advance for such Qualified Transaction is posted for repayment. For example, if you make a purchase via livi PayLater on 22 May 2021, this transaction will be first posted for repayment on the monthly statement to be issued on 1 July 2021.
