You can lock funds in the currencies available in your Savings and Time Deposit accounts under Money Safe, at a minimum locked fund threshold of HKD10,000 or equivalent per each fund lock request.
Your locked funds cannot be used for any transfer or payment. Please maintain sufficient funds for your daily and emergency needs.

Understand the Release Process

To enhance the security of your funds, an in-person identity verification at our office is required before the funds can be released.
It may take time to process your funds release request, but funds will be released within 3 working days if verification is completed.
